Coaching goals; finding the next superstar is not our strategy. We look to create a way to improve all aspects of development. This includes teamwork, coordination, and decision-making, which are essential life skills. Young players are capable of many things, so we instill self-belief in all of the players. We make sure that the game's technical requirements correspond to each player's age and skill.

Set ground rules so that everyone knows there is no place at Next Level Academy 23 for bullying or discrimination of any kind. We also expect respect for parents, coaches, and other players in accordance with FA guidelines. When coaches are speaking and delivering directions, players should have good manners, pay attention, and maintain silence. At all times, coaches must adhere to a precise safe working practices.
